Salted Squid Sauté Recipe
Ingredients :
300 grams of salted squid, wash clean, boil briefly2 board petai, peel, clean the arinya skin1 red tomato, cut into 4 parts1 sheet of greetings1 sheet of orange leaf1 cm galangal, geprek1 cm ginger, geprek1 teaspoon soy sauceSalt + sugar to taste1/4 teaspoon ground pepper100 ml of waterOil for sauteing

Sliced Seasoning:
6 red onions4 cloves garlic3 large green chilies3 red curly chillies5 cayenne peppers
How to make :
Heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add greetings, galangal, ginger and chili. Cook until wilted.
Add squid, banana and tomatoes. Stir well.
Pour enough water and season the soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir well. Cook until absorbed and cooked, taste correction. Lift and serve
